The Billboard Music Awards are one of the biggest nights, and that means some of the music industry's biggest stars are bound to hit the red carpet. Kanye West is set to close out the Billboard Music Awards this year, which is sure to be Yeezy-tastic. But when it comes to the red carpet, it seems like Kanye is riding solo, sparking a huge alert in Kimye fans' minds... Where in the world is Kim Kardashian at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards? Well, it seems like Kim K is getting in some serious family time in while Kanye is bringing down the house at the BBMAs.
I know that going to a glitzy award show is normcore for the West family, but I basically live for watching Kimye walk the red carpet — even if it doesn't involve a faux fall courtesy of Amy Schumer — posing and not smiling, because not smiling makes Kanye smile (an actual quote). But, alas, it looks like Vegas can only handle Kanye for the BBMAs. So where is Kim Kardashian? By her own admission, she's in bed, getting ready to watch the Keeping Up With the Kardashians' Bruce Jenner special that will be airing on E! Network tonight.
But it comes as absolutely no surprise that Kim K would be at home supporting her family rather than strolling the red carpet at yet another awards show. In fact, that's what she has been doing all day. According to her Instagram, Kim spent her Sunday doing the most un-Vegas thing one could do: face painting at a farm. Yes. Kim Kardashian was face painting — at a farm — on a Sunday.
In her defense, she wasn't getting her face painted; her daughter, North West, was. And she looks pretty adorable in this close up photo of the finished product. So maybe Kim isn't walking the red carpet and smizing for all of the cameras with Kanye, but it seems like she has just gotten home from spending some quality time with North West, and is now preparing to support her father once more, so how can you not love that?
