Mona's not gone forever

by Allison Piwowarski

It might not have ended well for Mona on this week's Pretty Little Liars, but now that Mona is — SPOILERS — dead, it gives the actress that portrays her, Janel Parrish, more time to do Dancing With the Stars . Yes, Parrish is just one of three stars who were leaked by E! on Wednesday. So who are the other two (that we know of) that will be competing for the mirror ball trophy? That would be everyone's favorite olympic hurdler and bobsledder Lolo Jones and actor and model Antonio Sabato Jr.

This season also welcomes back a ton of veteran favorites. A few of those are Derek Hough (his sister, Julianne Hough will be a new judge this season), Mark Ballas, Cheryl Burke, Karina Smirnoff, and Tony Dovolani. One fan favorite who will not be returning is Maksim Chmerkovskiy, but fear not, his brother, Val Chmerkovskiy will be back. So what do you need to know about the first three announced stars participating? Let's take a deeper look into their careers, and see if there are any precursors to if they'll blow us away on the dance floor (or, you know, be really bad).

Janel Parrish has spent her most recent years playing Mona Vanderwaal on Pretty Little Liars, but since her character is no longer, well, alive, she gets the opportunity to wow us with her dancing skills. Parrish has played a cheerleader in past roles (Fired Up! and Drop Dead Diva) so that might help her with coordination. She has a history in theater, so that will help with her "owning the stage" (is that something Bruno would say?).

Lolo Jones

Lolo Jones has competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics and 2014 Winter Olympics in hurdles and bobsledding, respectively. In 2012, Jones finished fourth in hurdles. In 2014, Jones competed with the bobsled team as a brakewoman and finished in eleventh place. There have been a lot of past Olympians that have competed on Dancing With the Stars before, and most of them have done really well thanks to their athletic stamina, so Lolo is definitely one to watch this coming season.

Antonio Sabato Jr.

Antonio Sabato, Jr. really grabbed eyes as a Calvin Klein model in 1996, where he looks, ahem, beautiful. He has also played a lot of roles here and there, but had a major role in The Bold in the Beautiful, where he played Dante Damiano, and a four year role on General Hospital. Sabato isn't the first soap opera star to hit the stage, but will his good looks help him win the mirror ball trophy?

ABC will announce the entire cast September 4 on Good Morning America, and the season premieres September 15 at 8 p.m.
