Is 'Big Brother 16' Zach the Craziest Houseguest Ever? Let's See How He Stacks Up

I'll be the first to admit that Big Brother is not an interesting show if it doesn't have drama. You can only watch a group of normal people sit around a backyard for so many weeks until you start getting antsy for someone to erupt in a screaming rage. I had my money on Caleb being one of the first to completely lose it — and still do with Amber as the target this week — but then Zach, the guy who wants to be the house's resident villan, decides to take it upon himself to stir the pot a little. The only thing that doesn't make sense is why he's doing it in a really sloppy way.

First, Zach nominates Christine and Nicole, and in case you weren't aware, Christine is in his alliance. Why did he feel it was necessary to go after her? That was the question I was asking during nominations on Sunday, along with the rest of Zach's alliance members. During the nomination ceremony, we saw Zach give a lengthy speech about why he nominated Nicole and Christine, and I'm thinking, "Didn't you ever learn, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?" I mean, he called Nicole a "fruit loop dingus" and no one knew what that even meant! Of course Team America set their sights on Zach when it came to creating an argument during one of the ceremonies this week, Zach basically volunteered to do it, even though he didn't know Donny, Derrick, and Frankie were making money on his over-the-top personality.

So where does Zach stand on the crazy scale of houseguests to ever play Big Brother? Take a look at some of the past players who have made a name for themselves by being nuts and judge for yourself.

Seasons 2 & 7: Dr. Will Kirby

Will Kirby won Season 2 and came in fourth place in Season 7: Big Brother All-Stars. Will, one of two members of Chilltown (with Mike Boogey), loved to cause drama in the house. His most memorable moment was when he stood up during a Veto ceremony (in Season 7) and told the house he hated them all and begged them to evict him, even though he knew they wouldn’t.

Season 2: Shannon Dragoo

When you’re locked in the Big Brother house, there are only so many ways you can screw someone over. Season 2’s Shannon got creative with those ways. When she was nominated next to her showmance partner Will Kirby, she decided to rebel against the HoH at the time and use his toothbrush as a toilet bowl scrubber. EW.

Seasons 8 & 13: “Evel Dick” Donato

I don’t know where to even start with Evel Dick. The name says it all. At one point, Dick poured iced tea all over fellow houseguest Jen Johnson during an argument, but that wasn’t even the worst of it. When he needed to get the house to hate him to save his daughter — and I am pretty sure they already did hate him — he decided they needed to wake up and see his “evel” ways, literally. Dick ran around the house with pots and pans waking all of the houseguests up, and then insulting them until they all hid in the HoH bedroom.

Season 8: Jen Johnson

Jen Johnson and Evel Dick went at it the entire time they were in the house together. As Jen said, she hated that Dick smoked cigarettes, and she wanted to destroy Dick’s cigarettes since day one. When Jen reached her breaking point, she hid all of her clothes from Dick and then proceeded to dump four cartons of cigarettes in the trash can and pour bleach all over them, which led to one of the biggest blow-ups in Big Brother history.

Season 14: Willie Hantz

Just because reality TV runs in your blood, doesn’t mean you’re meant to pursue it. That was the case with Big Brother contestant Willie Hantz, who is the brother of Survivor all-star Russell Hantz. Willie, who might just be the definition of sore loser, decided he was going to put up a fight before he left the house, which caused him to get into an actual altercation with houseguest Joe. Willie head-butted Joe in the bathroom, causing for his immediate dismissal from the game.

Season 11: Chima Simone

Chima gave zero effs when it came to following the rules of Big Brother. When Big Brother asked her to go to the Diary Room, she didn’t. When she was told to put on her microphone, she didn’t. In fact, she threw it into the hot tub. It was just a matter of time until she got kicked out of the house for her constant rule breaking.
