The Trump Watch-Party Was Full Of White People

Just because you haven't had enough pain and suffering this Election Night, I thought I might as well really twist the knife and throw some salt in that wound and show you some celebratory photos from the Donald Trump watch party Tuesday night. While all hope is not yet lost for us believers in not-sexually-assaulting-women and banning-entire-religions-and-races-from-immigrating, it looks extremely unlikely at this point in the night that Hillary Clinton has a path to victory.

As of my writing this post at 1:30 p.m. EST, Trump has 244 electoral votes to Clinton's 215. Just after 11:30 p.m EST, Trump won Florida, making it much harder for Clinton to beat him — especially since she's faltered in nearly all of the swing states she was expected to win. If you are a progressive, this is as dark of a night as you can probably remember in America — even darker than President Bush's reelection, if I say so myself. But if you are a Trump supporter, well, then, this has been one helluva night. And the opposite of dark, I'm guessing.

If you, like me, don't have too many of those Trump supporters on your social media feeds (because mental health), then I thought you might want to see what that looks like. Think of it as anthropology. Or exposure therapy? Put your sunglasses on. There's going to be some blinding whiteness.
