She is a household name in the fitness industry, as well as the fitness TV industry. She has trained many a contestant on The Biggest Loser and has inspired many. Now, fans can reconnect with Jillian Michaels on her new E! show Just Jillian . The show, which highlights her personal life instead of her fitness-focused life, will give fans a closer look into who she and her family are. But, even though she's is a mom, partner, and regular (although famous) person, fans of hers often see Michaels as a fitness professional first. So, watching the show might leave viewers wondering how to train with Jillian Michaels. Since the instructor has made an empire out of her brand, it's actually not hard to break a sweat with the TV star. (Breaking the sweat, on the other hand, is probably very hard.)
Unfortunately, you can't walk into a gym and expect the former Biggest Loser trainer to just stand next to you on the elliptical these days — unless you've got enough money to convince her it's worth her time, I suppose. The good news is, she's made herself extremely accessible to those that want to involve her in their fitness regime.
So, how can you work out with Michaels?
Follow Her Workout Videos
In case you're not someone who likes to go to the gym, Michaels brings the gym to your living room with her workout videos. Whether you buy the DVDs, or just follow along on a video from her website, you'll be sweating up a storm with Michaels in no time.
Buy Her Online Program
If you are looking for more of a personalized workout regime, Michaels has created an online fitness program that anyone can sign up for. JillianMichaels.com allows you to customize your routine with your body statistics and fitness goals and creates a personalized plan for you. The program is $5 a week and gives you access to workouts, meal plans, and community support.
Go To An Event
If you actually want to workout with Michaels, then follow her on social media to stay abreast of the events she hosts. Even though you'll be working out in a group, that Michaels energy will still keep you motivated.
Or, if you just want to watch Michaels train others, you can check out her reality show. It mostly features her personal life, but I'm sure it'll show her in a gym at some point! This is Jillian Michaels, after all.
