It was a "pretty big day" on Real Housewives of Orange County when Tamra was baptized in front of those she loved and washed of her prior sins or something like that. Surrounded by her friends and family, Tamra was renewed in white with all of the women that she has butt heads with over the years watching on. And for a moment — a brief moment — there was peace among the women.
Tamra has been talking about her new relationship with God throughout the entire season. If you remember last season, Tamra was the definition of a pot stirrer. She caused the majority of drama during the season, and while we can't go back in time, it seems she has turned over a new leaf this season. She remained loyal to Vicki, as much as possible, and she didn't cause any unnecessary drama between the ladies.
So let us talk about the actual baptism. My first question is: does chorine affect the washing of the sin process? Before Tamra got in the pool with her pastor, she spoke on her ups and her downs over the years. How everyone there has been there for her, especially during last year. She spoke briefly on Simon, her ex-husband, and the "hell" he put her through. She says that there's good that has come from it.
Bravo compiled a "Tamra's Greatest Hits" for when the actual baptism happened. And although it was probably the most-hyped about moment of the season, it was actually a very peaceful and serene scene. Basically, Tamra's baptism was everything this season of Real Housewives of Orange County wasn't. It was nice to see that the women all came together for Tamra in this special moment for her. There's been so much controversy this season, and it is kind of strange that it all culminated at a baptism, but that's just how the cookie crumbled. And although the serenity was brief, it was a moment we'll cherish forever.
