And cheeky, too.

Anyone up for six awards at the Grammys is bound to feel the nerves — especially those nominated for the big three: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Album of the Year. Sabrina Carpenter, however, traipsed onto the red carpet on music’s biggest night, held on Sunday, Feb. 2, looking light as a feather. Her sartorial vibe? Unbothered.

Sabrina’s Old Hollywood Glam

The “Espresso” singer is known for turning her lingerie drawer into her signature uniform. Both on stage and off, she almost exclusively wears babydoll dresses, corsets, and lace undies. But she switched up her sartorial approach at the 2025 Grammy Awards in a look befitting a music phenom of her caliber. Instead of her usual undergarment-focused MO, she brought the glamour in a decadent gown worthy of Marilyn Monroe.

In a soft powder blue, Carpenter’s halter gown popped against the red carpet. Crafted in silk, the aqueous number glided on her body before flaring into a quasi-mermaid silhouette. Channeling her hit “Feather,” her dress featured trims of lush blue plumes — one around her hips, like a feathery peplum, and the other around her floor-length hem.

Even her ’do was a retro serve. Carpenter took a page from Monroe’s beauty playbook and styled her hair in a voluminous, curly updo.

A Cheeky Surprise

The most interesting part of her look, however, was the back. Her halter strap turned out to be a crystal-encrusted necklace that doubled as body jewelry. The glitzy chain slid down her bare back. Speaking of, her gown featured a black plunge so deep, it subtly showed off butt cleavage.

Fans know Carpenter is hella cheeky — just listen to her lyrics, her “Nonsense” adlibs, or her interviews. But this booty-baring detail was the sartorial personification of her tongue-in-cheek attitude.

Her Bedazzled Corset

Early in the show, Carpenter took to the stage to perform a medley of “Espresso” and “Please Please Please” in a look more on brand for the singer.

She began her set in a black-and-white tuxedo mini ’fit. After a bit, she dramatically pulled it off to reveal her actual onstage costume: a baby blue bodysuit covered in crystals and blinged-out fringe. Upping the sparkly ante, she paired it with similarly glitzy Mary Janes.

Regardless of how many Grammys she wins, this spicy look alone is a winner.
