“They call me the 45 queen,” says Natasha Diggs, the Brooklyn-based DJ, self-proclaimed vibration shifter, and host of legendary Soul In The Horn dance party. If you didn’t catch her set in person pre-shutdown, maybe you’ve seen her virtually — now twirling to those seven-inch records while streaming across six continents. Diggs counts disco, house, Afrobeat, and Brazilian music as her favorites, but “no matter where you’re from, you can feel this music,” she says.
