This week's topic: your love horoscope for the weekend of Jan. 14-15.
Though the Moon starts off the weekend in playful and romantic Leo, the more self-centered side of Leo could get us in trouble if we're not willing to be a little more thoughtful. This is especially true when the Leo Moon knocks heads with sensitive Mars in Pisces early Saturday morning, followed by a tussle with Chiron (healing) in Pisces a few hours later and the Sun in commitment-minded Capricorn by the early afternoon. Under these aspects, immaturity, insensitivity, and a lack of follow-through just won't do regardless if we're looking for forever or for right now. By late Saturday night the Moon shifts into conscientious Virgo, which can help us to pinpoint exactly what's wrong in our love life — for better and for worse. Though come Sunday, when the Virgo Moon meets up with clear-headed Mercury in Capricorn, as well as romantic/intuitive Neptune and Venus in Pisces, we get just what we need to come up with the right solutions.

Aries (March 21 - April 19)
You may meet a hot and charming someone this weekend. Though before you go full steam ahead, it may be wise to pump the brakes a bit and get a sense of whether this person is willing to put in the work it takes for a solid relationship. You crave something deeper now. Honor that feeling.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
You could meet someone new this weekend either by way of a friend or family gathering or through someone you know. If you already have your someone special, spending time together, dreaming and talking about the future like you did at the beginning could make you both feel like new. Give into fun.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Someone you're interested in may look good on paper, but if you were to peel back the layers here, you might find that it's more of a show than anything. Since your love magic is potent now, it's important not to get distracted by shiny things. Hold out for the real deal. You deserve that much.
Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
Something you value or hold to be true about love may be challenged this weekend, especially as you may meet someone who's not your normal type. Though instead of hiding out in your Cancer shell; sit down, open up and find out what this person may have to teach you. Might be a pleasant surprise.
Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22)
When it comes to your love life right now, The Lovers tarot card comes to mind. In Tarot, while The Lovers can point to an actual relationship, it sometimes comes up when someone's values are in question too. In this case, it's yours. If you're ready for love, why are you still suffering fools?
Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22)
If you've been finding your love life is lacking, maybe it's time to take a brief time out and ramp up the self-love instead. In many ways, we can often attract what we focus on and if you think true partnership can't happen for you, it won't. Try re-framing your thoughts on love and watch what happens.
Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22)
Is your idea of love a little too idealistic or perfect. While you should definitely have the perfect love for you, it's important to remember that people don't often come in nice and neat little packages. Sometimes they're messy and flawed. You just need to find the right balance between the two.
Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21)
While you're not the type to back down from a competition, know that your love life isn't one. A little healthy tension can be nice for romance, but one-upping each other is not. If you can't play nicely together, don't play at all.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22 - Dec. 21)
While the kind of love that you both crave and need now may challenge some of your more footloose ways, know that it doesn't mean a loss of your prized freedom. It just means you're learning the importance of having a home base and someone to share it with too. Freedom through security is your mantra.
Capricorn (Dec. 22 - Jan. 19)
While you've never been one for small talk, this weekend you should find that your need for intimate and soulful conversations to be stronger than usual. Go with it, as the right exchange with the right person could open you up in a way that changes how you see the world. In other words: enjoy it!
Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18)
If you and your partner may be considering making a big investment, like buying a house or purchasing a car, this would be a good weekend to sit down and work out the details. However, if you're single, this weekend's stars can help you to get clear about what you want in as well as how to get it.
Pisces (February 19 - March 20)
Finding the balance between how much you give to another and how much to save for yourself will always be something that has to be worked out and worked out again until you find the right groove (and still). Don't feel guilty if you have to say "no' from time to time. The courtesy should go both ways.
