Inside, a header runs along the book's 206 pages, hammering King's point home: "These blank pages speak a thousand words, but feel free to use for notes."

It's important to note here that "David King" is a pseudonym, so don't go emailing any of the numerous professors, historians, and writers of the same name about Why Trump Deserves Trust, Respect & Admiration. The author is a 32-year-old Londoner "who works full-time in publishing," according to the Evening Standard.
Obviously, the book has not been popular with Trump's fans, but King is undeterred: "It is satire. But it is honest. The book is a complete account of the reasons why we should trust and respect Trump. Therefore, it is blank."
