How The Taylor & Corinne 'Bachelor' Feud Started
It's probably safe to say that no remaining contestants on The Bachelor right now are Corinne's biggest fans, but there's one in particular who hasn't liked her from the start: Taylor. On Monday night's episode, Taylor and Corinne's two-on-one date with Nick resulted in her going home, and it's pretty clear that Taylor's not going to go down without a fight. But in the midst of all the drama that's been going on between them, why doesn't Taylor like Corinne on The Bachelor in the first place?
Basically, it all started when Corinne interrupted Taylor's one-on-one conversation with Nick during the pool party a couple of episodes back. Of course, Taylor isn't the sole victim in this particular scheme that Corinne frequently uses, but she was the first one to get truly upset about it and fight back. Later, she ended up "stealing" Nick back so they could finish their conversation, and with that, the war between her and Corinne was officially on. After that, it eventually led to the confrontation they had last week when Taylor tried to sit down and talk things out with this season's resident villain. Needless to say, that idea didn't exactly do much to keep the peace.
Corinne thought that Taylor was trying to tell her what to do, Taylor was tired of Corinne acting entitled and sleeping through rose ceremonies that everyone else had to stay awake for, and do not even get them started on who has more "emotional intelligence." It all culminated in the two of them ending up on a boat in the bayou, with only Corinne heading back with Nick at the end of the date.
But don't worry — that doesn't mean this fight is over. Next week, we get to see what happens when Taylor confronts Nick about his decision to send her home, and I have a feeling we may see yet another argument between her and Corinne. I don't know who will win, but I do know it will make excellent TV.
Personally? I'm rooting for Taylor. So far, she's one of the few who have stood up for herself against Corinne when she feels like she's being treated poorly. You have to admire that.
