Jenn Im Finally Launched Her Own Clothing Line & You're Going To Want Everything
In this day and age, YouTube stars are so much more than that — they've become multi-hyphenates that turn instructional videos into successful businesses. Next up is YouTube blogger Jenn Im's Eggie Clothing Line, just one of her newest ventures. If you're a fan of '90s style, you're going to find a few favorites in this collection.
Im's YouTube channel, called ClothesEncounters, is a lifestyle vlog about her style musings, inspirations, tutorials, and lifestyle advice.
Just two years ago, in 2015, Im actually launched an app that allowed her to interact with her fans and subscribers. It's a place where users can share their own outfits and keep track of Im's doings with a closer eye, with most people moving to mobile rather than staying on websites.
Now, her next step is into the world of actually designing a line of clothing. If you've ever seen Im on YouTube or on Instagram, you know that there's good things ahead for this line. With lots of '90s influence — think: slip dresses, t-shirts, and crop tops — Im's clothing line is a millennial and Gen Z fashion dream.
Called "Eggie," Im's line is filled with fun bomber jackets, asymmetrical skirts, and of course, the beloved crop top. Many of her pieces are gender-neutral, too. Ranging from $25 to $79, it's style on an affordable budget.
"With the age of the internet, styles are more fluid than ever. My line is designed for today’s customer that loves to reinvent their look and doesn’t want to be labelled or boxed into one style. My goal with this line is to push the boundaries of fashion and make pieces that are inclusive for all..." Im said in the press release.
And that's exactly what she's accomplished with playful, edgy pieces.

"My customer is constantly inspired and loves to experiment; a style chameleon that can effortlessly transform themselves from polished to punk. The collection is inspired by nostalgia of past decades and gives a nod to the counterculture of the '60s and '70s, streetwear from the '80s and '90s, and also modern pieces that are more polished,” said Im in the press release.
