Storybook Cosmetics' Quill & Ink Gel Eyeliner Is Perfect For Any Vintage Vixen

by Amy Sciarretto

This is beyond vintage, retro, or even a throwback. It's a straight up classic from another century. Storybook Cosmetics' Quill & Ink Eyeliner is quite a duo. The metal eyeliner applicator brush is shaped like an old-fashioned quill, which is a writing instrument popular in medieval times (or Harry Potter) that is dipped into an ink pot. The black gel eyeliner itself lives in the accompanying, gold accented "ink" pot. Users can dip and draw the much-desired cat-eye flick.

so, When is Storybook Cosmetics' Quill & Ink Eyeliner available?

It arrives on Monday, Aug. 14 at 1 p.m. ET/12 p.m. CT on the Storybook site. If you are not familiar with the brand, its products are inspired by works of literature, both classic and of more recent pop culture significance. The brand also crafts gorgeous makeup brushes in the shape of long-stemmed roses, as well as Harry Potter-inspired tools.

The Quill & Ink Eyeliner duo, which also comes packaged in a blue and gold tin, is not limited edition. The product is both smudge-proof and waterproof. The brand is working on adding more colors to the repertoire, as well. The official Q&A team for the brand answered tons of customer questions in the comments.
