There's No Way Whaboom Is Winning 'The Bachelorette'

By this point in the history of The Bachelorette, it goes without saying that some of the limo arrivals on Rachel Lindsay's season premiere were going to be unusual (to say the least). But a certain contestant took it a little bit farther, making basically everyone else in the Bachelor mansion hate him already. Yep, I'm talking about Lucas, who is better known as "whaboom," which is both his job and catchphrase. Knowing how poorly he was received, when does Lucas aka "whaboom" go home on The Bachelorette? It definitely seems like his days are numbered.

Even from just his short intro, it was pretty clear that this guy is a lot. He just kept yelling "whaboom," like it actually meant something. Then there was the dancing, the weird thing he was doing with his stomach, and the way he kept wiggling his eyebrows. And then, his limo entrance made the whole situation even worse when he showed up with a megaphone to make his "whaboom" war cry even louder.

The other contestants weren't impressed by his stunts (and even dubbed him "the crazy one" right off the bat), and from what I know about Rachel, I assume that Lucas probably isn't going to be her final pick. But stranger things have happened on this show.

After all, Rachel did think he was pretty funny when she met him (despite the joke he made about his testicles...) so who knows what could happen from here? She might be totally on board with his type of humor, and don't we all just want her to be happy?

But if I'm going to watch Lucas much longer, I wouldn't hate it if he mellowed out a bit. His "whaboom"s are so loud.
