Makeup Geek's Foiled Collection Is One To Watch

Stop what you're doing because Makeup Geek has done it again. According to CEO Marlena Stell's Instagram, two new foiled items are being added to the site. What's in Makeup Geek's Foiled Collection? The brand has given their fans foiled shadows and a brush to go with it, but now they're adding two other items into the mix. Trust me when I say that this is nothing you've seen before.

Foiled shadows are nothing new to the beauty world. Makeup Geek was one of the first companies to jump on the foiled trend and have since added tons of foiled shadows to their site. So it only makes sense that they'd be one of the first to start a new shimmery item trend too. Stell posted a photo of Makeup Geek's new Foiled Collection, and from first glance it looks like one to watch. The line is filled with 10 foiled pigments and 10 foiled lip glosses.

Let that sink in for a minute. You will now be able to buy super saturated, foiled lip glosses. If this product is anything like their Foiled Eyeshadows, these will be an even more shimmery sheen than anything you've seen before. The pigments are also pretty exciting. From the photos, you can't see which colors the lip glosses are, but the loose glitters look absolutely gorgeous.

According to the caption, the Foiled Collection will be out on Feb. 16. That's not too much longer to wait. The exact time and price has yet to be announced, but I think it's safe to say that the pigments and lip glosses will be well worth it. The names prove that they're all above and beyond in the magical department too.

The most exciting part is that this means yet another lip formula for the brand. It has only been months since they launched their Iconic and Plush Matte & Creme Lipsticks. The brand promised that there would be more coming, and they definitely weren't lying.
