This Starbucks Secret Menu Drink Looks Amazing

Just when you think Starbucks couldn't get any more inventive with its drinks, they surprise us. Just a few weeks ago, they gifted us with three molten chocolate drinks just in time for us to drown our sorrows in chocolate on Valentine's Day. But Starbucks has done it again — this time, they've concocted a drink that's so pretty you'll be dying to get your hands on it. It's called the Matcha Pink Drink, and it's the perfect Instagram-worthy drink for spring.

You may remember Starbucks' Pink Drink, a secret menu item that was a twist on the Strawberry Acai Refresher. Instead of water, the Pink Drink was made with coconut milk to give it a creamier texture. Well the new Matcha Pink Drink is a variation on the original — only this time it's made with matcha and coconut milk to give it a pop of green color. And the effect is a gorgeous green-to-pink ombre that's almost too pretty to drink. I wonder if this drink will inspire any beauty trends? I could totally see Matcha Pink Drink Hair taking off.

Same, honestly. It's like a pink sunset in a plastic cup. As for how you can get your hands on this, well, it's not on the official Starbucks menu. But you can ask for it specifically, and if your local barista has no idea what you're talking about, explain that it's three parts strawberry acai refresher with coconut milk on top of one part matcha coconut milk over ice. Will your barista hate you for ordering off the secret menu? As long as you don't order it during rush hour and can tell them specifically how to make it, you should remain in their good graces. That's a relief.
