Just get here already! Urban Decay's Vice Special Effects Liquid Topcoats are coming soon, as evidenced by the brand's social postings. UD founder Wende Zomnir has been teasing the topcoat on her personal Instagram and I am certainly ready to swipe it over a matte lipstick for additional depth and dimension. Zomnir even noted that the long-wearing and water-resistant Topcoat transforms any lip color, elevates your pout in such a way that it will look like an artist did your makeup, and comes in metallic, iridescent, and sparkly iterations. Sold!
In the first tease, there were jewel-toned swatches, including silver, sapphire, emerald, and amethyst. Zomnir just teased another Topcoat color and it's the one you are going to want to own above all else.
It's a golden, glimmering Topcoat called "3rd Degree" and it will give you a 24-karat pout.
IDK if it's because Zomnir posted the tube alongside a pair of black 'n' strappy Saint Laurent heels and covetable, disco-style gold booties or if it's just that awesome. Maybe it's a combination of both!
