These Pictures From NYC's First-Ever Dessert…

New Yorkers are known their love of two very delicious things: brunch and dessert. And while pancakes will always be our go-to brunch option, they fall flat (pun intended!) when compared to all of the incredible and tasty treats the city has to offer. That’s why we partnered with Juicy Couture Fragrances to help put together Dessert Goals, New York City’s first-ever dessert festival, a confection of fun! While vendors like Underwest Donuts, Jessie’s Nutty Cups, and Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream provided the seriously drool-worthy treat options, we sweetened the deal by working with event organizers to design "The Sucré Garden," a perfectly Instagrammable garden that captured the most share-worthy shots of the event — all while celebrating the launch of Juicy Couture's newest fragrance, Viva la Juicy Sucré.

To ensure the entire experience was delectable from start to finish, we also helped design five custom backgrounds (see above!) for extra-savory Insta shots.

A custom photo wall with Bustle-designed props made the experience one worth remembering and recording, and a makeup-vanity-meets-cake-shop-inspired sampling station featuring fragrances based on the sweet and floral notes of Viva la Juicy Sucré ensured that the attendees smelled just as delicious as the treats themselves.

If the photos are even half as sweet as the dessert options on site, it was a not-to-be-missed event. Not only did it capture the fun and vibrant essence of New York City's dessert landscape, but more importantly, it also reminded us of a powerful life motto: Eat dessert first!
