Finally. It's almost been an entire year since these Maryland women have appeared on Bravo, but the Real Housewives of Potomac Season 2 trailer is officially here. Most of the original cast is returning, including Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, Charrisse Jackson-Jordan, Robyn Dixon, and Ashley Darby, with the addition of newcomer Monique Samuels. And when the Housewives series premieres Sunday, April 2 at 9 p.m. ET, it looks like there will be a big mystery surrounding Queen Karen Huger.
As Bryant declares early on in the trailer, "The streets of Potomac are saying that Karen no longer lives in Potomac." What's that now? Bryant is also seen talking with Jackson-Jordan and Dixon and revealing, "You know she's moved — completely."
Huger's new home and why she moved seem to be a major concern throughout Season 2. You even see her packing and unpacking boxes with her husband, Raymond Huger, aka "the Black Bill Gates." But it doesn't appear to be as simple as the Hugers sold their home and then bought a new one. Jackson-Jordan says in the trailer, "For Karen to rent a house in the middle of the night doesn't make sense."
There is also a themed-party thrown by the Hugers in their new home and part of the cast still can't get past what exactly is going on. Even Darby's husband, Michael Darby, questions, "Is this a front for something?" Then, Darby herself states, "If something smells fishy, I'm gonna call it out." Though, it remains unclear if the latter is related to Huger or not.
If that isn't enough, near the end of the teaser someone says, "Karen's bawling." You then see her hunched over and crying immensely. You can check out all of the drama and the great mystery of Karen Huger below.
Whatever is going on, it certainly doesn't seem to bother Huger, nor is it going to force her out of her queen bee spot. As she says, "The grande dame, b*tches. She's here to stay." Yeah, Karen Huger isn't going anywhere.
