This First 'Bachelorette' Look Is Amazing
The latest season of The Bachelor may have only just wrapped, but that hasn't stopped the world getting overexcited about The Bachelorette. Viewers can't wait to watch Rachel Lindsay's search for love, especially since she's making history as the first black lead either show has ever had. While it shouldn't have taken 21 seasons of The Bachelor and 12 of The Bachelorette for the show's team to come to their senses, it's at least a relief that the series has finally caught up with UnREAL. Well, hold on to your hats, because the first photo of Rachel filming The Bachelorette is here to make you even more excited for the show to air.
In a first for series, Rachel was introduced to some of her suitors early, on the After The Rose special right after The Bachelor finale on Monday. Since the world had already found out about Rachel's new role, the show wanted viewers to have an extra special surprise by introducing some of the men that would be vying for her heart. Now, the show's creator Mike Fleiss, has shared a photo from the new season of The Bachelorette on Twitter, which is getting fans pretty excited already.
Although the photo doesn't give much away about the upcoming season, it's exciting to find out that shooting is underway, and Rachel is already riding around in her limo looking for love.
Mike Fleiss's photo shows a well-lit Rachel in the back of her very own limo, and she's not alone. Her companions are likely producers and make-up artists, and, despite the light glare, it's clear that her hairstyle is to die for. The former contestant of The Bachelor is more than ready for her search for love to begin right now.
Fans really related to Rachel's heartbreak following her rejection by Nick Viall on The Bachelor. As she told People,
“To not get that rose, it really was devastating. I really was heartbroken over it... I’m so tired of hearing how great I am but for some reason it just doesn’t work out. I feel like I know a lot of women can relate to that.”
Her realistic attitude and refusal to hide her emotions will undoubtedly make her an amazing Bachelorette. I can't wait to follow her journey, when The Bachelorette returns on May 22 on ABC.
