Paris Hilton is an entrepreneur and former reality star, but she's also well-versed in the art of throwing major shade. She reminded us of the latter when she spoke to MTV Australia about the infamous photos of herself and fellow pop culture legends Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan in Hilton's car over a decade ago. It was recently the 11-year anniversary of the iconic encounter, a fact which Hilton shared on Twitter on November 27, along with a handful of photos of the three stars. She captioned the pics with a message, saying, "11 years anniversary today since the first coming of The Holy Trinity!"

In the interview, MTV showed Hilton a copy of her recent anniversary tweet. "It's like Charlie's Angels," Hilton first responded. Then, after being asked if Lohan said anything about the Twitter post, Hilton's tone shifted. "Well, actually it was just Brit and I out, and then she just like chased us to the car and got in." Ouch! "She wasn't invited," Hilton continued.

Now, perhaps that's not as shady as an "I don’t know her," but Hilton's remarks are definitely harsh. Especially the way she delivers them with a smile and a laugh, like she clearly knows she's using fighting words. When asked at what point does one say to Lohan that she's going to have to get out of the car, Hilton responded, "You're not on the list."

Back in 2006 the world was a different place. Spears was a new mother of two, who was recently divorced from former husband Kevin Federline. She was on the verge of entering a period of her life that involved a public breakdown and psychiatric hold that would result in her father being granted a conservatorship. For those of you not familiar, Spears' aunt died in January 2007, which is one of the things her mother Lynne Spears claimed contributed to Spears' breakdown in her memoir, Through The Storm, which was released in 2010. "In February '07, two weeks after my sister Sandra died," she recalled in the book, "I watched in dismay and shock as footage of my beautiful daughter shaving off her hair aired on national TV." So when Spears, Hilton, and Lohan were hanging out, in late 2006 it was just a few weeks before Spears' aunt passed.

Now, although Spears and Hilton were briefly friends, Hilton did not have a similar camaraderie with Lohan at the time. Just the opposite, in fact. They were basically sworn frenemies. The night before The Holy Trinity was photographed in Hilton's car, Lohan claimed that Hilton had hit her with a drink at a party.

"This is a video that Paris Hilton, and I'm saying this on tape," Lohan told a photographer. "She hit me last night for no reason, apparently at my friend's house and I didn’t know she’d be there and she hit me. She hit me with a drink." Lohan held her allegedly bruised arm and claimed, "It hurts and it's not OK." So, it certainly does seem unlikely that the two had made amends by the following evening.

Lohan and Hilton have been spotted hanging out together in the years since all of that went down. In fact, while they were speaking to photographers with Spears the following day after Lohan made her claim, Paris insisted that Lohan tell the paparazzi "the truth," and according to Complex, Lohan said that she had been lying the previous evening.

Now, fast forward back to 2017 — Hilton is a jet setting DJ, Spears is just about to complete her wildly successful residency in Las Vegas, and although Lohan hasn't been in a major film recently she certainly seems to be living a pretty fabulous life on social media. Something which MTV Australia alluded to in their interview with Hilton, with the host saying, "I mean I think she's doing well in Mykonos now, so…"

Hilton chuckled, then replied, "Yeah, sure." Oh, what a wonderfully shady interview.
