Honor Carrie Fisher & Debbie Reynolds This Weekend
Ring in the new year by celebrating the iconic late actors, Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds. This upcoming weekend, marathons featuring both of their works will be airing on several different channels. There's a bevy of programs that honor both women, so get ready to spend the first days of 2017 commemorating two incredible actors in the best way possible — by rewatching their unforgettable performances.
One day after Fisher passed away at age 60, her mother Reynolds followed. On Wednesday, Reynolds died at age 84. Both woman have left irrefutable marks on Hollywood and their legacies will not be forgotten. This weekend's TV specials and tribute programming can help you look back at the impressive and long-standing careers of both Reynolds and her daughter Fisher. From a new special, to one-off episodes that feature Reynolds (including one that Fisher wrote), to marathons of TV shows, there's no better way to look back at some of the career highlights of these impactful actors. 20/20 Special: Debbie & Carrie: Heartbreak in Hollywood

The hour-long episode will give fans a peek into the careers of both actors, and their mother-daughter relationship. It will be anchored by ABC's Elizabeth Vargas and include tributes from family members and friends.
Will & Grace Marathon Pt. I
Where: Logo
When: Friday, Dec. 30, 5 p.m. to midnight
The LGBTQ themed television station Logo will air seven hours worth of Will & Grace. There will be 12 episodes, two encores, and lots of Reynolds. (Reynolds played Debra Messing’s on-screen mother in the beloved sitcom.)
RuPaul's Drag Race
Where: Logo
When: Friday, Dec. 31 at midnight
Right after the Will & Grace marathon concludes, Logo will show Reynolds' episode of RuPaul's Drag Race, where she was a guest judge alongside Cloris Leachman back in 2010.
Roseanne
Where: Logo
When: Saturday, Jan. 1, 1 a.m.
Following RuPaul, one important episode of Roseanne will run. The episode "Arsenic and Old Mom" originally aired in 1997. It featured Reynolds as a guest star and was penned by Fisher. It was Fisher's first solo credit for a sitcom.
Golden Girls
Where: Logo
When: Friday, Dec. 31, 1:30 a.m.
Then, after Roseanne, there will be two episodes of Golden Girls. Reynolds guest starred as the character Truby in 1991.
Will & Grace Marathon Pt. II
Where: Logo
When: Saturday, Jan. 1, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Another Will & Grace marathon highlighting Reynolds' best performances will air the next morning.
Wishful Drinking
Where: HBO
When: Sunday, Jan. 1, 9 p.m.
The 2010 HBO feature-length documentary revolved around Fisher's one-woman, autobiographical stage show. The documentary received two Primetime Emmy nominations. It combines stories from Fisher's life, her time in Hollywood, and interviews with family members and friends.
The always entertaining mother-daughter duo will be missed, but there's no better time to pay tribute to their work.
