The new Kylie Cosmetics collaboration has been announced, and it's a doozy. Kylie Jenner had been teasing a new joint venture for a few weeks, and fans have now gotten a peek. Not only is the Kim Kardashian West x Kylie Cosmetics collaboration housing four all-new nude shades, but it's also a completely new formula. Kardashian and Jenner are not only bringing their fans a collaboration that's totally Kim, but they're also giving them a brand new way to rock a Kylie Cosmetics lip.
According to the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram account, the new KKW x Kylie Cosmetics collaboration is a brand new creme lip formula that Jenner explained was "authentic to Kim," on her Snapchat, and she's totally right. Kardashian is definitely not one to rock a completely matte lip like her younger sister. Her lip looks almost always involve a gloss or a satin finish. That's where the creme formula comes in.
Fans don't know a lot about the new finish. While the velvet formulas still maintain a bit of a matte finish, the new creme formula seems much more moisturizing and looks similar to the finish of a traditional lipstick. It's got the perfect amount of sheen without crossing over into gloss territory.
In an Instagram post to the brand's website, Kardashian can be seen sporting the shade KiKi, and it's clear that the finish is much different than anything Jenner has created before. The result of the new formula is definitely a stay all day kind of look but still appears moisturizing.
In addition to the new creme formula, though, the packaging is different as well. The frosted glass lipsticks are gorgeous, and the fact that the signature Kylie Cosmetics drips are also an extra pale pink is so Kim.

As of press time, there had been no mention of an expansion of the creme formula into single lip kits, and if I had to guess, this collection will be limited edition, which means tou'll need to snatch up a Kylie Cosmetics creme lip while you can.
