I heart the Kat Von D x Too Faced Better Together eyeshadow palette. That's because I collect heart-shaped things. I'm admittedly a bigger fan of Kat Von D's dark 'n' edgy style but I appreciate the naughty x cute Too Faced vibe. The Kat Von D x Too Faced Better Together Ultimate Eye Collection includes six pans of shadow from each brand, along with a Better Than Sex Mascara and a Tattoo Liner. Better Together is also a super limited edition collection, available exclusively via Sephora stores, Sephora.com, the Kat Von D Beauty site, and the Too Faced site. I truly coveted the heart-shaped palette, which is magnetically connected and breaks apart. Is the KVD x TF Better Together eye palette sold out?
As of press time, the palette is available via all three digital shopping destinations. I don't expect it to last, though, given the super limited status and the undeniable coolness of this makeup mashup, which is the first of its kind.
I managed to easily snag one from the Sephora site on Monday, Dec. 26 upon the morning launch. I opted to purchase via Sephora to accumulate more points and to inch closer to VIB Rouge status.

This set really does offer everything you need for awesome eye looks.
These swatches, though! When swiped against three different skintones, you can appreciate the variety, depth, and dimension of both the color and the texture. There's plenty of shimmer and you can totally mix and "matte." You can also pair Too Faced's softer shades with KVD's bolder, darker hues. No limits!
OMG, I cannot decide what I like more — the names or the shades themselves. I am going to have so much fun coming up with color combos and eye looks courtesy of this palette.
I wouldn't delay shopping this set any longer. It won't be around forevs. Grab one while it's still grabbable.
