Kylie Jenner's "Glosses" music video is iconic. From the very Rihanna BBHMM vibes to the shining gloss on her lips, fans couldn't get over how epically she launched the product for Kylie Cosmetics. Fans of the first video are in luck — Kylie Jenner might be releasing a new Kylie Cosmetics video. As it turns out, more videos from the cosmetics mogul may be coming according to an interview Jenner had with Violet Grey. The real question, though, is what will it be for?
Jenner's "Glosses" video came as she launched her Kylie Glosses, which were new at the time that the video launch. Since the Violet Grey piece references Jenner saying she's working on a new video, it's got me wondering what new product she's got coming down the Kylie Cosmetics pipeline as well.
For Jenner's major collections for Christmas and Valentine's Day, she released first looks on Snapchat, but no videos. Still ,these beauties were huge launches. Even for her original Bronze Kyshadow palette's launch, there was no music video. Since one seems to be coming, I'd bet a new product is as well. If I had to guess as to what it is, I'd say foundation. Jenner has long been the queen of matte foundation, and I've got my fingers crossed that it's what's coming next.
Plus, there's some Kylie Cosmetics information that backs up that Jenner could be planning a foundation launch via a music video. Back in August of 2016, she released her hopes and dreams for the upcoming year. One of the dreams? Foundations for Kylie Cosmetics.
Considering that Jenner also mentioned that one of her dreams was releasing blushes (and there were blushes included in the Valentine's Day Collection) it seems like she may be on track to launch that rumored foundation.
While there's no way to know what Jenner could be creating a music video for, at least fans know one is coming. Despite only a small line in Jenner's Violet Grey interview being dedicated to the video, it's nonetheless exciting since it very well could mean that a new launch is headed fans' way.
