HUDA Beauty is on a roll, and fans are loving it. The brand has been launching incredible product after incredible product, and it doesn't seem to be slowing down. HUDA Beauty's mini palettes are coming, and they're your affordable alternative to the brand's larger shadow collections. From the looks of them, though, the minis are no less of a beauty must-have.
On Monday, HUDA Beauty founder Huda Kattan took to her Snapchat to debut pieces of the brand's holiday releases, The Winter Solstice Collection. In doing so, she also debuted the brand's newest and tiniest palettes. The four mini shadow collections — known as the Obsession palettes — may be small in size, but Kattan assured fans that the nine shades inside are full-size pans. The founder also goes on to explain the shadow hues, telling fans that she wanted to craft palettes that were home to the most essential colors they could need.
As for the cost, the minis are less than half the price of the brand's Rose Gold and Desert Dusk palettes. The mini Obsession palettes ring in at only $27. Once broken down, that's a mere $3 per shadows. Meanwhile, if you want to snag Desert Dusk, you'll need to be prepared to drop a cool $65.
Luckily, you won't even have to wait long to snag the minis. All four palettes launch globally on Nov. 2.
As for the shades, the palettes are broken down into the Warm Brown, Mauve, Smokey, and Electric Obsessions Palettes, with each palette hosting nine complementary mixes of mattes and shimmer. If you can't decide on just one, at $27, mixing and matching two palettes is still more affordable than the brand's full-size collections.
"What I wanted was to put all of the most essential colors in one place, and make it really affordable, and something you guys could travel with," Kattan said on Snapchat. "[The collection] has all the most amazing colors in one place."
And she certainly succeeded. Just look at these pans.
While the price may just be the best part of the new HUDA Beauty palettes, the variety is definitely a close second. Kattan has done exactly what she set out to do and created shadow collections that are on trend (hello, Warm Brown) and exciting (here's looking at you Electric).
Of course, the mini Obsession palettes are only one of the recent announcements and launches from the brand. Only a few weeks ago, HUDA Beauty launched their Faux Filter foundation in a whopping 30 shades.
The extensive shade range has been largely praised, and YouTube reviews for the foundation formula have been extremely positive. HUDA is officially taking over the beauty game.
Then, of course, there's the brand's full-size palette, Desert Dusk. The stunning collection of purples, oranges, and warm hues is the replacement for the original Rose Gold palette, and it's every bit as stunning as its predecessor. With creamy mattes and glowy shimmers, this palette is straight-up stunning.
Kattan, however, appears to have taken note that not all of her fans can afford the $65 palette. With new minis at nearly half the price, she's giving fans the opportunity to own her shadows and not break the bank — and they seem stoked about it.
From the shadows to the cost, there seems to be all love for the newest ini addition to the HUDA Beauty family. Whether you love warm tones, mauves, smokey hues, or vibrant colors, there's a mini Obsession palette that's going to be perfect for you.
Plus, for $27, why not snag more than one for your makeup collection?
