The 'Fuller House' Season 3 Premiere Date Has Been Revealed
Grab a chair at the Tanner family’s kitchen table, because you’ll want to sink your teeth into this news. On Monday, Candace Cameron Bure revealed on Instagram that Fuller House Season 3 will premiere on Sept. 22 on Netflix. That day isn’t just any ol' day, mind you. That day happens to be a very special date in Full House history. As Cameron Bure points out, the first episode of Full House premiered on Sept. 22, 1987. Yes, 30 years ago this September, “Our Very First Show” aired on ABC. Oh, Mylanta, did the sequel series pick an outstanding Friday to release the first half of its third season.
Kicking off back in Feb. 2016, Fuller House follows the present-day lives of all of the characters from the original series. (Well, almost. Miss you, Michelle Tanner.) And yes, the Tanner family and co. are still full of hijinks, catchphrases, laughs, lessons, and hugs. How not rude.
Next to a throwback photo of the Full House Season 1 cast, Cameron Bure writes,
"Mark your calendars for September 22nd! Not only will Full House turn 30 years old- but @fullerhouse Season 3 (part 1) will also premiere on @netflix!!!"
What a nice way for Fuller House to celebrate its predecessor's 30th trip around the sun.
Before you fire up the first half of Season 3 this September, be sure to clean your TV screen/computer monitor/tablet/smartphone/Giga Pet/graphing calculator/whatever you use to watch Netflix. Grab a dust cloth and really put some heart into it. Danny Tanner wouldn't have it any other way.
Important poll: What's better? The hair in this pic, or the pajamas? Oops, that's a trick question. Both the 'dos and the PJs are the definition of perfection, duh.
