Summer is almost here, which means very soon you may find yourself relaxing in your air-conditioned home looking for something to watch. Luckily, Netflix has just announced what's coming in June. Of course, there are also some titles that will be leaving, which means you'll need to plan out the rest of this month accordingly. Luckily, I've got a handy-dandy list that should make things a little easier, especially if you're a fan of female-driven programming.
It seems Netflix has declared that the list of new movies and TV shows streaming in June are perfect for your next ladies' night. After perusing the titles, I couldn't agree more. In fact, knowing that 13 Going On 30 will be ready to stream starting June 1 makes me want to throw a slumber party, complete with a Pat Benatar dance-off.
Even Netflix's original programming seems to be aimed at viewers who want a little more girl power in their queue. The Season 5 premiere of Orange Is the New Black and the debut of GLOW, which takes a look at the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, are just two of the shows you'll want to invite your friends over to watch next month.
So, while it's hot outside, get ready to chill inside with Netflix.
