Unicorn beauty isn't going anywhere, but the mermaid beauty trend is certainly nipping at its sparkle-dusted hooves. In addition to Lime Crime's forthcoming mermaid collection, ColourPop's Summer 2017 eyeshadows are here and they are so mermaid-inspired. The collection includes 12 pressed powder shadows, along with four of the brand's Super Shock Shadows, which cruise onto the CP site, which is the brand's sales platform, today, Thursday, Jun. 8 at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.

The eyeshadows are super beachy and bronzy, with several neutral shades that mimic the grains of sand on a beach. There are also tons of blues, ranging from oceanic-looking hues to seafoam shades. The orange and gold shadows are reminiscent of a sunset and of course, sunset smoky eyes remain a huge trend, especially with Urban Decay's NAKED Heat Palette dropping.
