Rachel is engaged, you guys! She may have been unceremoniously kicked to the curb by Nick Viall on The Bachelorette, but our Bachelorette went on her own show to find her a man. And find her a man she did. Bryan Abasolo proposed to Rachel on The Bachelorette, it was tearful and delightful, and now these two have to do what every engaged couple has to do — field a million questions about the details of their upcoming post-Bachelorette wedding. As a newlywed I say, welcome to the club, Rachel and Bryan.

Chris Harrison didn’t waste that much time before getting down to the nitty-gritty and asking the pair about wedding planning. I personally don’t see Rachel and Bryan doing a television wedding because they both have giant, very close families and somehow I don’t think those mamas would go for it (also, Rachel’s dad is a federal judge and hasn’t appeared on the show because of it, so could he even go to his daughter’s wedding if it were on TV?). Of course, Chris asked the question, because what kind of host would he be if he didn’t? Bryan answered that one, saying that the wedding wasn't planned yet. "Not details, but ... a time, a season," he said. "She wants a winter wedding, and whatever she wants, she gets." Rachel added, "I'm from Texas! Obviously I want a winter wedding. But we're not rushing anything. We just want to see ... build our lives together and get to know each other in a normal sense."

Not to be the killjoy here, but I'm not sure why Rachel cut Peter who wasn't sure if he could propose right away if she didn't want to get married right away anyway. Who cares about the proposal? Just get to know your person and then do everything that comes after it! That's not how the cookie crumbled this time, and since I just want Rachel to be happy, I'm going to let her live her (allegedly) best life with Bryan. Looking forward to hearing about the wedding, kids!
