Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell broke the hearts of Bachelor Nation when they announced their break up last week. But now, speculation is heating up that Ben has moved on from his former fiance with another Bachelor alum. So are Ashley Ianconetti and Ben Higgins dating? According to Us Weekly, the duo were spotted at a concert together on May 20, which ignited rumors, but alas, Ashley I. told the publication they aren't romantic. "Totally just friends!" she told Us Weekly. "We went with our podcast manager at iHeart [Radio] and other friends."
On May 21, TMZ published photos of Ben and Ashley I. standing next to each other at a Bryan Adams concert at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, which fueled the speculation. But as Ashley told Us Weekly above, the Bachelor alums have a professional reason for hanging out: they have an iHeartRadio podcast together called Ben and Ashley I.: Almost Famous, which premieres on the iHeartRadio app on May 23. According the podcast's description on Art19, Ben and Ashley will use their airtime to "[cover] everything relationships and breaking down the new season of The Bachelorette. They will include interviews with celebrities, past Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants, and interactions from their most loyal fans."
It sounds like a Bachelor franchise fan's dream and should be an interesting listen, since fans haven't seen these two show alums haven't appear together on-screen. Ben led The Bachelor last year after finishing third during Kaitlyn Bristowe's season, while Ashley I. appeared in Chris Soules' season, as well as two seasons of Bachelor in Paradise.
So while Ben and Ashley I. don't seem to be dating, it sounds like this duo will be spending some time together talking about love and the Bachelor franchise on their new podcast.
