Vegan Fourth Of July Recipes That Everyone Will Love
Independence Day is all about celebrating freedom and this beautiful country — and also eating some delicious food. Of course, if you're a vegan, this can be tough in party situations — not everyone knows what fits in with your dietary restrictions, and not everyone respects it. But this year, while you're planning your Fourth of July soirée, take veganism into consideration: Whether you're a vegan yourself or have some lovely vegans in your life, these Fourth of July vegan recipes are worth trying out.
I think what makes a Fourth of July party successful is having some great finger foods. The types of foods you can put out on a display table and let people snack on as they sip on some summer sangrias or bubbly cocktails, either in a backyard or while reposing on a beach. At least, that’s how I’ve always seen Independence Day — I guess reposing while overlooking the mountains would be pretty cool too. And of course, making sure you have some delicious desserts to enjoy while watching a night sky bursting with fireworks.
So having some foods that you can display, or bring with you either packed up or ready to grill on the go, will certainly deem a successful Fourth of July experience. Here are a few items to consider adding to your vegan menu:
