2. Maître d’ Career
As per the Express, Sirieix began his career working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in his native France, before moving to London where he landed a job at La Tante Claire. The First Dates star went on to become the general manager of the Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton, before leaving the position in 2019.
3. Books
Sirieix released his debut book, titled First Dates: The Art of Love, in 2016.
