If you've been dreaming about having cocktails with the members of the Kardashian family, now you can! Khloe Kardashian will host her own talk show appropriately titled Kocktails with Khloe on FYI, the network announced Tuesday. The studio-based primetime talk show has been ordered for eight 1-hour episodes and comes from Pilgrim Studios. Rather than sitting behind a desk and having guests chill on a couch, celebs and friends will “join Khloe in the kitchen and around the table for an intimate dinner party filled with cooking, pop culture, conversation, and outrageously fun party games.” That sounds perfect for her.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians starlet is beyond excited. She said in a statement released Tuesday:
I’m lucky that I’ve been able to invite fans into my life and home on a weekly basis and this show will give me an opportunity to continue to do that with new and exciting guests. Being an executive producer allows me the opportunity to create original content and I can’t wait to show my fans what we have in store on Kocktails with Khloe.
According to FYI's Gena McCarhty, the SVP of Programming and Development for the A+E Networks division, “We look forward to sharing her unique personality, wit, and insight with the FYI audience.” McCarthy even referred to Kardashian as "an iconic millennial voice."
So, when does the 31-year-old's show start? Well, it doesn't seem like you'll have to wait too much longer to watch Kardashian strap on her talk show host shoes. Per FYI, Kocktails with Khloe is going into production "immediately" and is slated to launch later this year.
You know what that means? You have time to prep the perfect kocktail to sip with Khloe.
