Jada Pinkett Smith Taps The '90s Nostalgia Wave

One celebrity's latest look is living proof that history repeats itself — at least in fashion, that is. Jada Pinkett Smith wore a grunge-inspired look that is quintessentially '90s with daughter Willow, serving up a large dose of old school nostalgia. It's not just Pinkett Smith, either. Celebrities have been recycling fashion trends like it's practically their job lately. Kylie Jenner recently brought back the '70s with her bohemian flared jeans, and Juliette Lewis gave us another major '90s flashback with her paisley bandan. It's safe to say everything old is becoming new again.

Back to Pinkett Smith's outfit. The actress rocked a yellow ribbed tank with a red, white, and blue plaid shirt (possibly flannel?!) wrapped around her waist, combining preppy with grungy, sort of like Cher and Tai from Clueless. She paired the outfit with black, patent leather chunky heels, and some oversized warm brown sunnies.

The sweetest part of her whole look, though, has definitely got to be the hair. The actress sported tight top knots all over, throwing it back to the days of Scary Spice and Gwen Stefani circa No Doubt. Can you get more '90s than that?! I don't think so.
