'RHOC's Meghan Edmonds Says The Darndest Things

You all know The Real Housewives of Orange County 's newest star, Meghan King Edmonds, right? It's kinda hard to miss her: She's tall, blonde, actually seems to have a head on her shoulders, and outright refuses to take any s**t from resident pot-stirrer Shannon Beador, which is a quality I admire in a lady. Well, she also happens to be a bit of wordsmith. Seriously, Meghan has some quotes that prove that she's the best Real Housewives find since Bravo casted Bethenny Frankel for RHONY.

You may not notice it quite yet, since she's only been on the show for a couple of episodes and most of her airtime has been spent on a nonsensical fight with Shannon and her inability to appropriately interact with human beings, but Meghan's a fiesty one. She's not afraid to hold her own, and if the Season 10 previews are any indication, it seems like she's got the ability to toss out some seriously snarky one-liners. In fact, Tamra may have been more correct than she knew when she called Meghan her mini-me. I can't wait for all of the drama that's to come, and I'm hoping that Meghan doesn't end up just being another one-season wonder. Here are some of Meghan's best quotes that will make you feel the same way.

1. "#CoolStepMom"

OK, Mrs. George.

2. "You're just an old woman who's pissed off and bitter."

The previews indicate that she'll say this to Vicki, the self-proclaimed "OG of the OC" in the near future. While I do sympathize with Vicki in the wake of her mother's death, her past behavior on the show makes it easy to see why Meghan would have issues with her. She's not a particularly good friend, and has a unique, infuriating ability to completely ignore people when they talk. It's high time we had someone who isn't so close to her call her out like this.

3. "Congratu-f**king-lations. Don't try to talk to me about your private cell phone number, Shannon. You're not some big to-do."

Again, Shannon needed to hear this, especially after walking away from Meghan when she was just trying to have a normal conversation.

4. "She's a time bomb, and I can't predict her."

OK, so, honestly, this doesn't exactly make sense, but it's a perfect description of Shannon.

5. "Why would I want to invite that into my home?"

Again, about Shannon. Can't you guys tell how much I love that someone is calling Shannon out on her lunacy?

6. "Tamra wants to take it deep, but I want to take it from the source."

Finally! Someone who can keep up with Tamra's raunchy sense of humor without going full pearl-clutcher.

7. "I broke all of my rules because Jim Edmonds asked me on a date."

I know there are going to be some #haters out there who take this statement the wrong way, but I think it's really sweet and shows yet another side of Meghan's distinct personality.
