With two toddler daughters at home, her burgeoning Honest Company lifestyle business, and her somewhat secondary acting career, Jessica Alba is easily one of the busiest women in Hollywood. I wouldn't blame her if she exclusively cruised around in sweats and stuck close to home. But Jessica Alba wrapped herself in an exotic gold Tory Burch dress that amounted to another "Wow" moment for her.
It was a seriously chic choice for an event during Paris Fashion Week.
The long-sleeved dress, which also had flecks of blue and red in the fabric, looked like it was made expressly for her frame. Alba is always so insanely stylish, whether she's waltzing down a red carpet in couture or running errands with her girls, serving as the epitome of fresh street style.
She slicked her back into a bun and painted her lips with a shiny berry gloss for the event. The dress, which hit at just above the ankle, was the main focus of her look. There's a lot going on, thanks to the details of the fabric. So it was best to not add accessories (or even a full and voluminous 'do) that would compete with the frock.
The dress has a lot of subtle detailing, too. Like the sheer panels on the sleeves.
It deserves a much closer look.
The pattern of this liquid gold dress is arresting.
From this view, the almost metallic dress has a little Moroccan energy.
The rich colors work with her dark hair and warm skintone. From close up, you can see all the intricate shapes. And it picks up some golden strands in her hair.
Alba poses like she feels all sorts of sexy while wearing the frock.
Imagine hacking several inches off the length of the skirt and making this a mini? It would be criminal in its sultriness and would showcase the legs, since everything else is so covered up. Just a thought...
There you have it. Another Jessica Alba style win.
