Denise Bidot's Body Pos "Beach Body" Campaign

This model has been inspiring women to love their bodies for some time now, and she's not stopping anytime soon. Denise Bidot and swimsuitsforall team up for body positive campaign that encourages women to get their bodies out to the beach no matter what shape or size — because every body is a beach body. And if her reasons don't convince you to get your booty to the beach, her body confidence definitely will.

The "Beach Body. Not Sorry." campaign features Bidot posing on the beach and telling everyone why "life is much better in a swimsuit." From getting a tan to just listening to the ocean, this body positive model wants women to stop apologizing for who they are and embrace their bodies at the beach. What's her secret? Comfort and confidence. And that's exactly what this reportedly unretouched video (according to Cosmopolitan) represents.

"I love everything about my body," she says. "Every bit of it ... the cellulite, the stretch marks, everything that I thought at one point was an imperfection, I now realize is everything that makes me unique ... curvy women shouldn't apologize for anything. They should wear a swimsuit that makes them feel comfortable. It's all about the confidence."

Bidot isn't afraid to love her body, and she wants other women to do so as well. How awesome is she?! She says in the video, "Curvy women really shouldn't apologize for who they are. They shouldn't worry about anything."

She believes that "it's all about the confidence" as well as finding a swimsuit that your feel comfortable in.

Her sign off —"be you and rock this world"— is the exact motto that we should all live by.
