Miley Cyrus Shows Off Armpit Hair At AmfAR Gala

Armpit hair has become somewhat of a recent trend in celebrity land, with stars like Madonna, Julia Roberts, and Britney Spears all the look at one time or another. Miley Cyrus flaunted armpit hair at the amfAR Inspiration Gala in New York on Tuesday night, showing her advocacy for going au naturel, even at fancy events.

This isn't the first time Cyrus has experimented with underarm hair — remember when she posted a photo on Instagram of her pink-dyed pit-uation? TBH, I am really not surprised by her decision to bare the hair at amfAR, it's simply nothing new for her. Cyrus seems to be the ring leader of this underarm fuzz movement, having rocked the look in the past.

I was, however, impressed by her awe-worthy ensemble on the carpet. The 22 year-old singer donned a fiery red strapless gown complete with sequin hearts, an oversized bow at the back, and arm-length matching red gloves. The look had a whole Jessica Rabbit meets Marilyn Monroe vibe, and I am totally digging it.

In true Miley Cyrus fashion, she finished off the look with a spunky braided faux hawk that integrated bright red glitter at either side, and a bold red lip. She looked absolutely gorgeous, and I admire her DGAF attitude about growing her pit hair — you do you Miley.
