Proof J. Law Is Probably The Best BFF Ever

Confession time: Often times, I wish Jennifer Lawrence was my BFF. I mean, I'm sure I'm not the only person to ever wish this; J. Law's name is so synonymous with "laidback" and "hilarious" these days that every one of her interviews is a delight to watch — to the point where I almost get more excited about the press tours for her new films than I do for the films themselves. J. Law has really put the humanity back in celebrity. One of the main reasons why people gravitate towards her, though, is because — despite her job — she seems like such a normal twenty-something girl who just so happens to be famous. She doesn't seem to take herself too seriously, but Lawrence has still offered a variety of wise quotes about everything from self-confidence to friendship that everyone should pay attention to. (She also seems to spend copious amounts of time thinking about pizza and fries, which I can relate to on a personal level.)

Despite my wishing and hoping, however, J. Law and I aren't actually BFFs (yet) — but it's clear that she takes friendships seriously. While promoting The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1, Lawrence chatted with Nylon about the people in her inner circle. She said, "I don’t feel any different, and sometimes when you go out and you see the way people look at you, it makes you feel kind of alienated and a little odd. So I try to surround myself with people who never look at me that way, and never fake laugh at my jokes."
