7 Of Hanna's Best Outfits On 'Pretty Little Liars'
OK, I am still scared from the season 6 premiere of Pretty Little Liars last Tuesday. I have been an avid PLL viewer since the beginning, and I am still terrified and questioning who A is — but what keeps me going is undoubtedly the wardrobe of Hanna Marin from Pretty Little Liars in all its femme glory.
Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer each have different styles that fit their personalities. But my favorite character's style out of the bunch is Hanna's. Hanna's style is very traditionally girly and feminine but with a little twist.
I don't know about you, but I deeply wish I had this much style in high school. Even while she is running from A or has barely slept due to heavy A research, Hanna always finds a way to look put together. You will rarely find her (or any of the other characters) in sweats, which is shocking considering their sleeping schedule. If only everyone could look good while being stalked by a killer named A.
Hanna's wardrobe is most teen girls' (or perhaps adults') dream closet. Her style has certainly evolved from season one to now, but Hanna has always been the risk taker of the group in terms of her 'drobe. She has fun with trends and colors, which I am a huge fan of.
Here are seven outfits that Hanna has worn on Pretty Little Liars that prove she is best dressed at Rosewood High.
1. Chevron Moto Jacket
Hanna certainly made me crave chevron printed clothing when she wore this on season 5 of PLL. The blue jacket goes great with the grey skinnies and black handbag. A wonderful minimal look with a simple color palette. A little against her typical girly outfits, but I am still a fan.
2. Pink Dress And Bold Accessories
This pale pink dress is a complete winner in my book. Hanna strutted the Rosewood High hallways in this lovely dress with a detailed belt and cinched waist belt. Plus, I love how she added a bold necklace for a funky touch in this fun look. Just lovely, Hanna!
3. Grey Leather Jacket With Printed Pant
Hanna is always about rocking girly girl outfits that are also cool and trendy. This outfit is a prime example of Hanna's trend-centric closet. She opted for a grey leather jacket instead of the typical black version. The printed pants made the look even trendier and fun, which is always a bonus. Hey Hanna, can I borrow that jacket for my next date night?
4. Color Clashing
Usually, I am not a fan of color clashing, but this look is an exception. Hanna wore an ombre pink and purple maxi dress with a black and white blazer. If this look does not scream fun, I don't know what does. I mean, why not break the rules and have fun with your style? Having fun with her style is the only fun Hanna can have since she is always being threatened by A, after all.
5. Olive Lace Dress
Hanna looks very stressed out in the majority of the Pretty Little Liars episodes, but her outfits are always effortlessly chic. This olive dress is not the usual color a fashionista like Hanna Marin would pick, yet she proved that this color can fit in any wardrobe. The lace detailing in the dress gives it a more feminine feel that just screams Hanna. Also, can we just admire the black headband? Hanna definitely has the best accessories.
6. Patched Denim Jacket
Denim jackets are an essential in every woman's closet, in my opinion. Hanna is rocking this closet must with a little twist, by having patched detailing on her denim jacket. Adding a little of your personality to staple pieces is so cool. Hanna is walking the school hallways with her stylish denim jacket and a red apple to match (and eat). Make sure A doesn't try to steal your jacket, girl.
7. LBD
The PLL girls definitely have a closet full of little black dresses, considering the amount of funerals and memorials they have attended. Nevertheless, Hanna's little black dress is always my favorite due to the pearl collar detailing (which was trendy once upon a time). The black belt adds even more uniqueness to a simple (but classic) dress.
