Selena Gomez wore a grey Free People jumpsuit that was rolled past the knee and which she paired with statement suede ankle booties with a major heel in a shade lighter, effectively channeling the reality star turned clothing designer. Since Gomez was made taller by her heels, with her dark hair slicked into a ponytail with a center part, she totally reminded me of the Kardashian family's model in residence!
Kendall komparisons aside, Justin Bieber's ex really nailed a key summer trend and that's the easygoing romper or jumpsuit.
Jumpsuits can be a summer essential when styled properly and Gomez summer-ized her relaxed fit Free People romper. While it had side cutouts, which added a peek-a-boo element, she added a blue bandana around her neck like a choker of sorts.
She also appeared to ditch a tank or a tee in favor of either nothing or a bandeau. Judging from the cutouts and the photos from a few angles, she may have gone totally bra-less since the top's fit is snug enough.
Gomez also slicked on a berry lip stain, adding a little color to an ensemble that could have appeared drab due to the color scheme. Her green beverage also added some additional color, albeit unintentionally and not as an actual accessory. But who cares? It added some pop and some life to the ensemble.
