Lane Bryant Goes Couture With Christian Siriano

Lane Bryant continually proves its aim to be a trailblazer for women, and the brand's most recent announcement is no exception. According to Refinery29, Lane Bryant and Christian Siriano are teaming up to launch a new designer collaboration, and I can only imagine how fabulous it's going to be. Given the Project Runway winner's boundary breaking designs, I suspect the collection is going to be Beyonce-level glam.

Lane Bryant has seriously been stepping up its game after launching the #ImNoAngel campaign, and doesn't appear to be stopping anytime soon. Nabbing a collab with Siriano, who comes with CFDA status and a wide celeb following, was a totally on point move. On designing plus-focused fashions, Siriano said, "In my opinion, fashion should never be defined by size ... I’m excited about this partnership with Lane Bryant because it allows me the opportunity to showcase my designs on the everyday woman and allow them the opportunity to feel as beautiful and fashionable as possible." What a thoughtful sweetie.

The designer recently created blogger Nicolette Mason's stunning sheer wedding dress with sparkly gold accents, maybe hinting what the new collection will look like. Siriano's line hits stores spring 2016, but we can stalk his Instagram 'till then in hopes of glimpsing sneak previews.
