As expected, everyone looked amazing at the CFDA Awards tonight. However, when Gigi Hadid showed up at the CFDA Awards wearing a gold sparkling jumpsuit, it was literally perfection. Presenting the Swarovski Award tonight, she rocked a Michael Kors ensemble that was definitely appropriate for the occasion. I mean, I'm not really sure how someone can encompass such grace, elegance, and beauty at such a young age, but whatever her secret is, this supermodel definitely made a statement tonight.
Confidently rocking her beautifully shimmering outfit, Hadid's one-piece just screams body positive. It's wonderful seeing someone like her to not be afraid to show off her curves and be comfortable in her own skin. But wait — can we just please note on how vintage '70s, Saturday Night Fever this look is? Ugh, the bell-bottoms and halter cut are just so on point, I can't even handle.
Looking like what seems to be a sort of spandex material, I don't think I've ever seen rock a one-piece better than Hadid did tonight. Pairing the glittering ensemble along with a subtle, smokey eye makeup look and loose waves, all I've got to say is, she seriously owned the red carpet, and she continues to prove just how fabulous both her fashion sense and personality are. More importantly, does anyone know where I can get my hands on that clutch of hers?
All in all, this look was completely gorgeous on the 20-year old model, and her outfit was exactly what the red carpet needed tonight. I sincerely applaud you Gigi Hadid, you are a true inspiration.
