These 1D Dating Rumors May Cause A Fandom Meltdown

In what is shockingly not fan fiction but actual, real life, Louis Tomlinson and Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui shared a cab together after a night out and there is video evidence of Niall Horan dancing with Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall. Like, there is so much to ship here I'm tempted just to jump overboard.

First, let's start with the magic that is #Nade, which is a ship name I just made up but works perfectly so let's go with it. Over the weekend, a Vine emerged of Horan and Thirlwall (along with several other equally-as-beautiful-but-not-nearly-as-significant people) dancing and just generally actin' a fool. Specifically, Horan spun Thirlwall around in a circle, which is approximately the moment that Directioners died because this is all too real. Needless to say, both the 1D and Little Mix fandoms went just a little crazy over the video, and for good reason: Not only would this be the second One Direction/Little Mix pairing (the first being Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards, duh), it's yet another coupling of two members of two of the biggest pop groups in the world.

Of course, just because the two danced once in a six-second Vine, it doesn't mean they are a couple. But let's just pause for a moment while I picture the kind of magic that would occur on a triple date between Niall Horan/Jade Thirlwall, Zayn Malik/Perrie Edwards, and Rixton's Jake Roche/Jesy Nelson. Like, it almost makes me want to set up Leigh-Anne Pinnock with both Harry Styles and Liam Payne, because as we all know, Louis Tomlinson may be a little preoccupied with Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui right now. (More on that below.)

Now, let's move on to the S.S. #Louren, which also sent fans into a dizzying tailspin of wut. After the Britain's Got Talent wrap party on Sunday night, Tomlinson and Jauregui were photographed leaving a party together — in the same car! — around 3:15 a.m. And considering 3:15 in the morning is obviously the witching hour, cray cray stuff tends to go down. Does that mean that Tomlinson and Jauregui are now an item? Does it mean anything other than the two just left in the same car together? No and no, but you can imagine the kinds of thoughts that Directioners and Harmonizers were thinking when the papped pics emerged. All the feels ever, pretty much.

Considering this all happened at the same time that fans started rumors that Zayn Malik was rejoining the group, it's a wonder the One Direction fandom is still standing. THERE'S ONLY SO MUCH WE CAN TAKE.
