It's not really the start of a work week unless there's a solid stream of Kardashian news to discuss with co-workers/friends/complete strangers, right? Kendall and Kylie Jenner's Topshop collection has officially arrived, and yes, I want to buy it all. Oh, and Kim Kardashian is pregnant with baby number two. There's that too. But in the grand scheme of things, clothes are really what win out at the end of the day, so let's get down to the details of the Jenner sisters' new line, shall we?
The Kendall and Kylie Topshop collab has been discussed for months now (starting way back in January), but you may have forgotten about it given that the Kardashian/Jenner family has been in the media for a variety of different reasons since. There's nothing that brightens up a Monday quite like a new opportunity to spend money that would otherwise be reserved for silly things like rent and hot meals — especially if the 15-piece collection starts out at about only $50. Actually, it's almost all pretty affordable. Prepare to shop.
The collection is what you would expect: Festival gear, T-shirts with references to California on them, and one of those long white jackets that looks like a trench coat and a lab coat had a weird, trendy baby. You know the kind, guys.
Yeah, that trendy coat. The duster coat is the most expensive end of the collection, priced at $150. The collection is generally easy on the wallet, and the pieces tie into Topshop's overall aesthetic very well, while having the added benefit of being approved by two of the most stylish teenagers in the world. It's a win/win, really.
My favorite piece, though? A strappy white summer top. It makes me want to slip on some boyfriend jeans and cool sandals and go eat ice cream all day. This, in general, is always a good sign when it comes to summer wardrobe pieces. Does it make me want to eat ice cream? Yes. OK. I'll buy it.
The top will retail for $68, and you can purchase it or any of the other pieces in the collection as of June 3 in Topshop stores or websites, as well as at some Nordstrom locations.
In the mean time, here are the rest of the looks and promotional photos from the collection.
You know, just Kendall and Kylie being fab. And modeling clothes they designed. The usual summer activities for teens, really.
You can nab this sweatshirt for $68.
There's the ice cream top again. See what I mean? Summer perfection.
Another summer top. This one sells for $70.
I am always a fan of real pants that you know were basically inspired by pajamas. Get these on June 3 for $75.
Basic denim shorts for only $60? I'll take it.
For all your basic floral jumpsuit needs, there's this $105 number.
Show your love for California for a cool $58 each.
OK. How cute are these shorts ($58) and matching top ($68) though? And there's a matching playsuit ($85) as well. Hey, when you find a pattern you like, you stick with it, right?
Channel your inner chic peasant in this OTHER white, flouncy top ($60).
Maxi dresses (priced at $95 and $105, respectively) for all!
