Deadpool Makes A Little Boy's Dream Come True

by Allyson Koerner

As if you needed another reason to adore the Deadpool actor, Ryan Reynolds met a little boy suffering from Hodgkin's Disease and made his dream come true. If you're wondering, yes, the moment is beyond heartwarming. On Friday, the actor shared photos of his sweet encounter with the little boy, Tony Acevedo, who was able to meet Deadpool and Reynolds thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Reynolds wrote on Instagram,

Tony Acevedo asked Make A Wish Foundation if he could meet Deadpool. I wasn't expecting him to sneak the mask, put on the gloves, smile... and then beat Deadpool about the face, arms and jugular with blazing speed. Tony's next fight is with Hodgkin's Disease. Hodgkin's Disease best be wearing its brown pants. Huge thanks to @makeawishamerica

Not only is the 38-year-old proving that he is a real-life superhero, just like Chris Evans and Chris Pratt, but he's showing that he sure has a way with kids, especially when it comes to those in need. Does it get better than seeing a majorly famous celebrity show kindness and generosity toward others? Plus, let's take a look at Reynolds' smile while checking out Acevedo as Deadpool. Now that's beautiful. This is just further proof that he makes a great dad to daughter James and will probably teach her to be kind and give back to others, too.
