7 Aca-Awesome 'Pitch Perfect' Memes

The Barden Bellas are back for another round of a cappella shenanigans in Pitch Perfect 2 — and, of course, aca-awesome covers and match-ups of our favorite songs. There's a reason these ladies, including Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Brittany Snow and Anna Camp, have come has far as they have: their mixture of blinding spirit (except for Kendrick, who’s too cool for school), awesome vocals and snark that puts even Perez Hilton to shame. All of this makes for incredible viral content, leading to an amazing amount of Pitch Perfect memes out there in the world.

There have been a number of catchy zingers and some situational comedy that has been spun out of Pitch Perfect, most of them involving Fat Amy, if we’re being totally honest. Each one is like a horoscope; no matter who’s reading it, you can probably make connections to your own life. Lines like “aca-scuse me?” and “horizontal running” serve many purposes, from connecting with likeminded friends to cheering us up when we have the worst day imaginable.
