Where Can You Get 'Pitch Perfect 2's Soundtrack?

by Martha Sorren

Let's be real: while I'm totally going to watch Pitch Perfect 2 for the amazing acting (Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson forever), the movie's main draw is that music. The first film introduced the world to what mashups can sound like outside the world of Glee (aka aca-awesome), and I have no doubt the second film will have an equally amazing set of songs. So where can you get the Pitch Perfect 2 soundtrack? Basically anywhere that sells music, because it's rightfully very popular.

If you're a fan of owning your music, you can pick the album up on iTunes for $9.99. It features all 18 of the movie's songs, which is a pretty sweet deal at just 56 cents per song. (You can also buy individual ones for $1.29, if you had just one or two particular favorites.) Or, if you're a fan of physical representations of music, Amazon is selling the CD (people still buy those?) for $9.99. You can also buy a vinyl version of the soundtrack for $12.99. Please choose that option because "Do you want to go listen to my Pitch Perfect 2 soundtrack on vinyl?" is the best pick-up line.

But, of course, there's always the option of hearing the songs without paying for them. If you want to listen to the soundtrack for free, the entire album is also featured on Spotify.

The way you listen doesn't really matter so long as you do actually listen. After all, there's nothing better than a singing Anna Kendrick (and the rest of the Barden Bellas aren't bad either).
