Anna Goes Glam For 'Glamour'

She may not consider herself to be one of fashions It girls, but this cover certainly says otherwise. Anna Kendrick covers Glamour 's latest issue and she looks, well, glam in a Gucci gown. We are definitely not seeing any sort of hot mess here!

In the May issue of Glamour UK, Kendrick admitted that she aligns her style more towards comfort, and that her pictures don't sell because she's always dressed in really boring sweatpants. Now, she's self-proclaimed herself as a "hot mess" in Glamour US's June issue, and I'm just looking at the picture wondering: really? Posing in a floral blue, red, and black Gucci gown, the Pitch Perfect star screams undone elegance. Her hair is straight and wind blown, and her face is minimally made up, showing off her natural beauty. It's a stunning cover shot, and her humility and ability to stay so down to earth in this image-obsessed industry just makes me love her even more.

Inside the magazine, Kendrick opens up about turning 30 this year, revealing, "I felt different at 29 because 29, to me, is 30. There are times when I still feel like an actual toddler in a grown-up—well, semi-grown-up—body. But other times I can’t wait to actually be 30, just so I can say things like, “I’m 30. I don’t have time for that. F--k off!” As if you really needed another reason to make Anna Kendrick your life role model...
